George Carlin R.I.P. (1937-2008)

This man was a hero. He said what he thought and tried to bring others into his world by treating them to absurd, biting, observant and clever wit. Sure he used foul language but who has not? He may have rubbed some people the wrong way but that is how life goes with us all isn't it? My first experience with George Carlin was from an LP a friend lent to me. It was "Toledo Window box" and it was funny, outrageous and daring. I think the legacy of George Carlin will be not only the wealth of funny stories and ribald humour, but the way he made you think as well.
